Judy Norberg conducted weekly Project Team meetings to keep all team members on track. She provided an agenda for each meeting and used her Master Project Schedule to follow team member and vendor areas of responsibilities. By meeting with attorneys, paralegals and administrative assistants, she allocated client filing including high density and practice areas. Firm filing required over 150 book carts.

Early in the project she coordinated several relocation events providing current project information to all employees. As the project progressed, she developed and managed a move team with representatives from all practice areas to ensure that their concerns and needs were being met.

She coordinated the activities of the moving company during the move week and weekend and provided on-site post move assistance with a relocation help desk.
